[AstroPy] APLpy 0.9.1 Release

Hi,

Not to belabor the point (well maybe I am ;-) ), but I think the APLpy 
web page should contain a prominent note that it does not presently work 
on Microsoft Windows because its pywcs dependency does not install on 
Windows.
