[AstroPy] Oblique rectangles in APLpy

Hi Tom,

I don't find the correct syntax for the coordinates of the corners.

        Polygon = [[RaMin, DecMin], [RaMin, DecMax], [RaMax, DecMin], [RaMax, DecMax]]

doesn't work.

Please give an example.
