[AstroPy] [ANN] PyFITS 3.0.5 Released

I'm happy to announce the release of PyFITS 3.0.5.  This is a bug fix 
release--most of the issues fixed are relatively uncommon corner cases, 
though there is one fix that should greatly improve performance of 
reading tables containing string columns.
