[AstroPy] Mailing list --> Stackoverflow format?

Hi Prasanth,

Thanks for pointing that out. I knew of the website but somehow
associated it with Astronomy Beta by accident. It looks good to me. So
let me modify my question to the mailing community. Any specific
reasons why we wouldn't use Astrobabel? Still too general?
