[AstroPy] help with I2py

Dear astropy,

My name is Morris Stranger. I have been translating IDL to Python for a short astronomy program at the university of Oxford and I came across the I2py translator which was the exact thing I was looking for to assist my translation however it doesn't seem to work for me. Many of the times I enter a piece of code. The error message "too many ()'s comes up" when I tried opening the I2py file on another computer I could not execute the code at all. Could you please help?
