[AstroPy] ANN: ATpy 0.9.7 release

Hi Yannick,

Reading from FITS tables is indeed only supported in the developer
version of Astropy for now, and will be supported from 0.3 onwards.
Please let us know if you run into any issues using the Astropy Table
class instead of ATpy.
