[AstroPy] IRAF tasks to Astropy

I was wondering if there are Python/Astropy equivalents to (or plans to do so in the near future for) the following IRAF tasks:
noao.artdata.mkpattern
images.immatch.wregister 
images.imcoords.ccsetwcs
