[AstroPy] PyDev in danger of becoming unsupported

Hi All,

sorry to bother you in what may be regarded as spam, but I think this is an
important issue.

PyDev/eclipse is one of the most used IDEs for python development. It is
maintained mostly by only one guy, Fabio Zadrozny, who used to be backed by
some companies. The support by these companies has ended, and Fabio began a
fund raising for PyDev:
