[AstroPy] ANN: Astropy 0.2.2 Released

Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce the release of v0.2.2 of the Astropy package, a
core Python package for Astronomy.

v0.2.2 is a bug fix release, with 30+ bugfixes and performance
enhancements.  The full list of  changes can be found at
