[AstroPy] Regrid images

Just to add to what's already been said, there is a Python wrapper
available for the Montage toolkit:

http://www.astropy.org/montage-wrapper/

which does flux-conserving reprojection. I replied to Ruben about
this, and previously forgot to cc this list.
