[AstroPy] [ANN] Astropy v0.4.4 released

Hi all,

Not a week after v0.4.3 was released, here is a surprise v0.4.4  The release is
listed on PyPI here:

This release is primarily to address a security update in Python 2.7.9
and 3.4 [1] that rendered the astropy.vo.samp module unusable.  This
is also a security enhancement, albeit one only likely to affect a
small number of users (anyone using SAMP over HTTPS across a network).

Thanks to Ole Streicher for reporting the issue, and to Mike
Droettboom for providing a quick fix.


This also included a fix for an issue [2] that was reported fixed in
Astropy v0.4.3, but the fix for which was actually excluded from that
release by mistake.
