[AstroPy] OSX wheels repo

Matt,  that's great to hear, it's just alarming at first and I've seen the
environment variables used as an alternative so I didn't want this to pass
by unmentioned.  I have no idea what a repository key is.  I'll have to
look at this mechanism.
