[AstroPy] deprecation warning from ipython

Jonathan,

Yes, this deprecation warning occurs with iPython 4.0/Jupyter 1.0, the
first releases after the Big Split.  I fixed this in astropy master a
while back [1].  It will appear in the astropy 1.0.5 release.
