[AstroPy] Creating a WCS from a list of (x, y, ra, dec)

Hello,

I have a list of pixel coordinates (x,y) and a list of corresponding 
celestial coordinates (ra, dec). I would like to compute the WCS 
astrometry solution matching my lists.
Do you know any package that would fit my need?
