[AstroPy] ANN: astropy bugfix release v2.0.3

Dear all,

The latest astropy bugfix version has been released, and now available
either on PyPI or on the 'default' or 'conda-forge' conda channels. Among
other fixes, it adds backward compatibility for the standalone
pytest-astropy plugins. Maintainers using the astropy testing framework may
find this useful if they plan to support both astropy LTS and 3.0+ in their
packages.
