[BangPypers] [ANN] CC.rb 1.4.0 released

Folks, we've just released CC.rb 1.4.0 with support for git, hg and bzr.
As always, CC.rb is easy to install, pleasant to use and simple to hack.

You can use it to continuously integrate a codebase in any language, not
just Ruby.
