Here is a gist of important things we discussed.

We reiterated on:

* Dates of the Conference: September 26 and September 27th.
* 2 day format with 2 tracks each day along with Ligtening talks etc.
* Rs.200 for early bird and Rs.300 on spot for registration.
* No Keyspeaker as of now.

TODO:
* By 24th May, 2009 we should be have the website up.  There would
  be a LOGO Content for PyCon India 2009. 
* Money Matters - talk to Ramdas.
