Well if i am not wrong you are asking abt , How to call installer file through Python.
If i got it right then , You can directly use os.system("<filepath\filename> <Any Switch>")
For silent installation , you have to pass switch,if installer supports.If you want intractive installation then just file name and file path is enough.

Are you looking for an installer?? Here's one for windows that you can easily adapt to python programs. http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php
If you need a multi-platform installer, you are on your own, but it shouldn't be too difficult.

These will take a Python program and create an executable file that doesn't rely on any installation of Python or the required libraries. (If the package is created correctly)
