[BangPypers] PSF sponsoring Python sprints

Hi all,

           If you want to take part in an Python sprint "officially",
this is the opportunity since PSF has opened up a program
for it.

The discussions have been going on the PSF mailing list for
a while and it has been officially opened now. Jesse Noller
(of multiprocessing fame) is the co-ordinator of this program.
