[BangPypers] July meetup

So, is 31st fine with everyone? I will attend but am currently tied up
with some work related matters. Will someone else take charge of
organising this meetup (venue etc.) and collecting the registration
money of the offline participants? 

Anand C. has a setup to mail the offline registrants with the venue
etc. so that they can attend (not all of them are on BangPypers) so
please let him know as well.
