Folks, something that may be of interest to people here: a hacker
group in Argentina has put together the first issue of a magazine on
Python related topics, and the English translation is available in
various formats at:

http://revista.python.org.ar/1/html-en/

Quite nicely produced, and A4 single page came at 63 pages. Time
perhaps for an Indian free software magazine?
