[BangPypers] Python OCR Reader

[Gopalakrishnan Subramani]

I came across sikuli few days back since they are using Open Computer
vision Library for GUI recognition. Jython is OK for my old 256 MB laptop.
I would spend sometime play around sikuli.
Seems like google also using them.
