Pretty interesting. There is another book along the same lines which
has good many chapters devoted to community - It is
http://producingoss.com/ by Karl Fogel.

When I first read that book, I was surprised at the kind of importance
Karl game on non-technical, user behavior, developer behavior and
community aspects in the Open Source project. Later when I do reflect
upon it, I found that book was very insightful.
