The closest framework is Brewery, http://brewery.databrewery.org/
and you could use python cubes for OLAP/ Browsing / Reporting
http://cubes.databrewery.org/index.html
I'm not aware of any other python tools in a large scale Business Intelligence.
Python is used a lot in BI, but most of the apps seem to be developed in house.
