1. 4+ years experience in Python with very strong Python Development and
Object Oriented Programming skills.

2. Experience in creating tools/automation and framework design.

3. Experience in any of the web frameworks Django, Flask etc.

4. Good to have experience or knowledge in financial services domain.

5. Excellent Communication and client facing skills.

6. Ability to lead a team of 3-4 people.
