The 4th Annual ERPNext Conference will be held in Mumbai on October 12-14. 

The conference is organized by the ERPNext Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to promote and build ERPNext as a open source product (https://erpnext.org)

As of today, Python based ERPNext is one of the last remaining, 100% open source ERP with a large community. ERPNext is also GST ready.
