[BangPypers] Teaching yourself machine learning

I am a python developer with on/off interest in AI. I find training AI to
play games is really interesting(and gives me a lot of insights to the
whole process).

You can check it Open AI Gym here <https://gym.openai.com/> (they provide
vector observable & vector controlled environments which you can train
neural nets on).

NOTE: The above mentioned video uses tensor flow , however I find it a
little difficult to follow. I wrote a tutorial/blog post using SciKit
