[BangPypers] Running Python based Azure Functions

Looking for some help in deploying an python based azure function v2.0
Had complications with use of dockers/container registries,

Current issue with function compilation :
binary dependencies without wheel are not supported .

Is there an easier/better way to handle this  ?
Would like to connect with someone working in azure with python for some
help.
