My experience with LinkedIn is mixed.
While they have a large user base (which makes them attractive), I
found their security aproach lacking -- for example they store your
password in cleartext and will happily mail it back to you when you
click on the "forgot password" link. (Well I complained to the highest
level of VP about that so they may have fixed that one by now.)
I'm also not sure what benefit I get from it.
