I'm happy to talk about Vim + ctags.

As for being off list, I'll take the blame for that ;)  I felt it was
best to send email to specific people to see if they wanted to talk
about their IDEs rather than send a blanket email to everyone.  I know
that we're all so busy that it's easy to ignore the general requests
for volunteers, but it's harder to ignore an email addressed directly
to you.  I don't have any privacy issues--feel free to post the email
wherever you want ;)
