[Baypiggies] April snippets meeting

   My laptop's battery died before I was able to present my snippet, but I 
posted it on my blog at:

   I call it an "anti-snippet" because I really just take a terrible piece 
of logic ported from C and show different ways to implement in python. 
There isn't anything particular clever about it.  In fact the original 
code is pretty anti-clever. :)
