[Baypiggies] pre-registration for Baypiggies meeting

Paying $12/mo for something we could easily write in to the existing  
Plone or in seperate django/Pylons app in about an hour seems like a  
bit much.

I'm in favor of keeping everything free, and using open source stuff  
whenever possible.
