That's a reasonable question.  How about the following:

    * AUI interface (dynamic splitters, draggable tabs, etc)
    * Menus, popup menus
    * GDI (graphical device interface) capable of efficient drawing and
      animation including alpha channel.
    * Complete mouse event control
    * Python shell window
