Yeah, it was great until some bozo made a caustic comment at the end
of the presentation.
I'm +1 on booting him from the list.  Meet me on IRC so we can hash
out what to do about this miscreant.

I really enjoyed that presentation, too.  They summarize nicely the
bits and pieces I've read/heard over the years about human interaction
in OS projects.  During the talk I was thinking about how the Django
folks have done really well with their project in this regard.
