I did this one about 3 years ago (AFAICT it is the same position - perhaps they never 
filled it?). I never did get a satisfactory answer as to why they didn't offer the 
job, and after a couple queries I gave up asking.

It sure sounds like nice work, with a great group of people, if you can get it.
