AFAIK we are still permitting recruiter posts due to the poor economy;
we just ask that recruiters make sure to check the recent list posts to
avoid repeating jobs.  Recruiters are also obligated to follow the
standard job posting guidelines (aside from the temporarily relaxed
recruiter restriction):
