[Baypiggies] Pywebsocket an Ajax overhaul

Gah, is there any way to do this without mod_python? I've so moved on from
that ancient beast :) Seems like this could be done as an extension to
mod_wsgi (though perhaps that means it would have to be in C...) I'd be
interested to get graham dumpleton's take on this.
