[Baypiggies] Speaker summary...

There have been a few dozen emails about upcoming meetings.  It's time
for a summary email.  It should include:
     Current upcoming meeting dates, as those might have changed.
     Upcoming locations, and any open topics about new locations.
     Topic/Speaker/Date for the various combinations we know about.

I know its a bit of extra work, but it would clarify the conversations
enormously.
