[Baypiggies] new local Python meetup

I got a message (through Meetup) from "Matin" the founder.  H'e just
moved out here from the East Coast and wasn't aware of BayPIGgies.  He
wrote that he wants a "monthly meetup where [he] can get some speakers
to come in".

I'll point out that such a group already exists in this area.
