[Baypiggies] July meeting at OSCON?

It's not yet clear whether we can get a space, but I've been told that
OSCON does allow non-attendees to show up for BOF (birds of a feather)
sessions.  Before I greenlight on the OSCON side, can I get a quick show
of sentiment for moving the July meeting to the San Jose Convention
Center on Thursday 7/23?
