[Baypiggies] Tkinter trouble - scrolling canvas with mouse wheel

Hi fellow piggies,

 

I am having trouble getting a canvas to scroll using the mouse wheel.
Can anyone offer an explanation to why this isn't working for me? Sample
code attached.
