I agree that there is almost no point of bringing a civil suit in a
situation like this. However, if you are over 40, age discrimination is a
matter of federal law:

You have at least 180 days to file charges, if you believe that is
warranted:

As an aside, how hilarious is it that federal age discrimination law only
benefits people of a particular age? Anyway...
