[Baypiggies] Python user rights?

I really hate to send this email to a distribution list but I need some
advice
regarding older versions of Python software. I have version 2.6.6 running
fine
on one PC. But when I installed it on another PC I have no "rights" to run
it.
I can't even delete the software. The user account on this PC has full
administrator rights. Any thoughts on this would be most appreciated.
Thanks /DaveB
PS: Both PCs are running Windows Vista with all of the updates.
