[Baypiggies] Bug in re module?

Is this more what you were thinking?

import re
line = r"Test2.1.?"
matchobj = re.match(r".*(Test2\.1).*", line, 0)
print matchobj
print matchobj.groups()

Results:
<_sre.SRE_Match object at 0x10e35ae40>
('Test2.1',)
