[Baypiggies] A talk so completely applicable to Python

This talk (although it didn't come from PyCon but from a completing Con),
is so completely applicable to what we do. When I was about 17 minutes in
and we saw the comparison to the Engineer (and the software engineer) with
the costs of the laborers and the cost of the compilers, and how that model
changed I was like... Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh.. How interesting.....
This is only 30 minutes and well worth watching (even if it did come from
that other con :)
