[Baypiggies] Microsoft donated $100k to iPython development

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but it would be lovely if Microsoft
or someone like them could give a similar-sized gift to PyPy to port it to
version 3. More and more companies are standardizing on version 3, but PyPy
is still $50Kish short of being able to do so.
