[Baypiggies] Python "Coaching"

Every month but April (because PyCon) this year. We started running these
half way through the year last year and have had very enthusiastic
responses. In general we're trying to have talks night the 2nd Wednesday
and Project Night the 3rd Wednesday of each month as hour host's schedule
allows.
