[Baypiggies] ADMIN: Avoid excessive Cc's

Howdy,

A couple of messages came in today with a lot of Cc'd addresses.  We have
Mailman set to hold messages with more than five -- that's a standard
default for Mailman.  I strongly recommend limiting the number of
addresses, your messages *will* get delayed until a modertor unsticks
them and may be rejected.
