+1 -- I think the meetup group was a valuable asset and it'd be a shame to
let someone take it like this (I'm not thrilled with the fact that Meetup
TOS make this so easy to do but that's another matter). Letting them keep
the group and its history sets a bad precedent and I would hope that it
could be quickly and completely resolved with the right leverage.
