[Baypiggies] looking for Python teachers

I'd like to thank everyone who contacted me about this -- there were
more than 15 responses!  Lots of good Python courses going on in the
area.

In the end we've decided to go with the Udemy approach, with some
in-house programmers kibitzing.  I'll send out another note to let
everyone know how that went.
